틴케이스 (TINCASE) is a K-pop photocard trading community app. We are not affiliated with any K-pop label, agency, or artist.

• Email address — login and account recovery only. Never shared publicly.
• Username & display name — visible to other users.
• Profile & cover photo — publicly visible if your profile is set to public.
• Card collection data — your cards, trades, and wishlist.
• Messages & DMs — stored to deliver conversations. We do not read them.
• Payment handles (optional) — only shared when you choose to send them.

• To show your cards and trades to other users
• To deliver messages between users
• We do not sell your data, run ads, or share with third parties

Data is stored on Supabase (AWS-backed infrastructure) with row-level security ensuring users can only access their own private data.

• Edit or delete your profile at any time
• Request full account deletion — all data removed within 30 days
• California (CCPA) and EU/UK (GDPR) residents have additional data rights

TINCASE is for users 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

• No scamming or defrauding in trades or sales
• No hateful, explicit, or harmful content
• No fake accounts or impersonation
• No attempting to access other users' private data
• No illegal use of the platform

Photocard images are the intellectual property of their respective K-pop labels and agencies. By uploading card images you confirm you own the physical card and are using the image solely to catalog your personal collection.

TINCASE facilitates connections but is not a party to any trade or sale. All transactions are between users directly. TINCASE is not responsible for lost packages, damaged cards, payment disputes, or failed trades.

Payment handles are shared at your own discretion. TINCASE does not process payments and has no visibility into financial transactions between users.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time.

TINCASE is provided as-is with no guarantees of uptime, data preservation, or fitness for any particular purpose.
